AFL's marketing and CRM module has been designed specifically for investment executives to record all of their contact and activity records.

There were 5 clear objectives for the design: -

  • to enable all contact data to be seen as a 'corporate rather than a personnel asset', this is a good example of the whole being worth more than the sum of the parts.
  • to identify 'who knows whom' so that anyone meeting an external party can see any existing relationships and the activity between the parties,
  • to idenfity 'who is responsible' for each Company and contact so that marketing and relationship development activities can be monitored,
  • to provide an easily accessible 'corporate memory' of all activities and events, and,
  • to improve the efficiency of administering contact records, managing events and updating hand held devisces.

The Marketing & CRM module provides the company and contact database to manage all reciprocity, fund raising, and deal flow activities.

The Marketing & CRM module can be used in conjunction with the Portfolio and Fund Administration & Accounting modules to record Partner and Investment details.

The Module is tightly integrated with MS Office 2003, email & diary entries can be reflected in either system regardless of where entered.
