3i Infotech acquires AFL

3i Infotech, a global provider of IT solutions, today announces that it has acquired Accounting Frameworks Limited (AFL), a leading independent provider of accounting, portfolio management and front office systems to the private equity sector.  The acquisition marks another milestone for 3i Infotech, as it seeks to enhance its existing portfolio of solutions to meet the needs of financial institutions and private equity investors in the future.

Performance Management & Valuation Modules Released

AFL release their Performance Management & Valuation modules. Performance Management automatically imports data from investments and calculates KPI’s and provides Valuation data. Valuations can be calculated according to BVCA, EVCA or custom methodologies and allocates the enterprise value to each of the investment classes.  Investment Company results can be consolidated for IAS27.

AFL released their new Portfolio Accounting and Administration Modules written using .net technology.
