These changes can either me made by the AFL implementation team or, with training, the customer's team. Systems review AFL offers all customers an annual free of charge review to identify any improvements that could be made to the applications or their usage. Application Maintenance and Support All Helpdesk support and technical & application maintenance is provided to customers for a fixed annual fee equivalent to 20% of the license fees. Maintenance ensures the software modules purchased remain up to date both functionally & technologically. AFL undertake to provide functionality, under the terms of the maintenance agreement, to meet all regulatory requirements e.g. BVCA, EVCA, GIPS, & IAS. Helpdesk Support AFL customer's can access to a skilled help desk that provides assistance with any training or technical issue.
