- Tree display is used to show all relationships
- Flexible filtering system to view subsets of companies and Contacts
- Mailing flags can be used to select subset of database for specific mailing
e.g. Annual report, Christmas cards etc.
- Full log of activity with Contacts and companies including letters, email,
telephone call, meeting notes etc.
- Email direct from meeting action notes with document attachments.
Communication
and Administration
- Ability to set reminder activates for an Executive and monitor completion
- Can create emails in Outlook and log the ‘email activity'.
- Names and addresses can be output to Outlook, Palm Pilots and Blackberries.
- Letters can be produced directly for a Contact or Company.
- Details of letters and documents are stored for easy retrieval.
- Mail merge documents can be produced from a list of Contacts.
- Documents attached can be logged against a bulk mailing.
- Support of direct telephone dialling from a PC.
- Online access to all contact documentation.
Deal
Marketing
- Enables the tracking of the source and quality of deal referrals by Company
and Contact.
- Tracks deals referred to other VCs or funding partners.
- Allows the recording of deal acquisition fees and abort costs.
- Flags available for responsibility and primary marketing that are set for
Companies and Contacts for focused reports.
